The Rules That Govern Your Account

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs999gam ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform available at zs999gam.net and all associated subdomains and applications.

By creating an account on zs999gam, making a deposit, accessing any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the zs999gam platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the zs999gam platform in any way.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and zs999gam. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

zs999gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify active players of material changes via platform notification or email.

Access to the zs999gam platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active zs999gam account.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, a business entity, or any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of zs999gam or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

zs999gam actively enforces the 18+ age requirement. During or after registration, we may request government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account restriction or permanent closure.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by a minor — including winnings — will be forfeited and will not be returned. zs999gam will co-operate fully with any relevant authority investigating underage gambling.

If you become aware that a minor has gained access to the zs999gam platform using your account credentials, you must notify us immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

To access real-money gaming on zs999gam, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on zs999gam. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zs999gam uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your zs999gam account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. zs999gam staff will never ask for your password via any channel.

Accurate Information: Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth, false name, or a mobile number not belonging to you — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. zs999gam may at any time request documentation to verify the information provided at registration.

Account Dormancy: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. zs999gam reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of 500 PKR to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.

All deposits on zs999gam are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted:

• JazzCash mobile wallet (minimum deposit: 200 PKR)
• Easypaisa mobile wallet (minimum deposit: 200 PKR)
• SadaPay (minimum deposit: 500 PKR)
• Raast instant bank transfer (minimum deposit: 500 PKR)
• IBFT bank transfer via HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and other supported institutions (minimum deposit: 1,000 PKR)

zs999gam charges no platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside zs999gam's control. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Unverified accounts have a maximum cumulative deposit limit of 50,000 PKR. Fully verified accounts may deposit up to 5,000,000 PKR per transaction subject to individual account limits.

Deposit Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit to your zs999gam account balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits via IBFT typically credit within 15–60 minutes on business days. zs999gam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking system outages.

Payment Method Ownership: All payment accounts used to deposit funds at zs999gam must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and will result in refund of the deposit and potential account suspension. This rule applies regardless of the payer's relationship to the account holder.

zs999gam reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in the player's own name, or that is suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity. Rejected deposits will be returned to the originating payment method within 3–10 business days.

Withdrawals from your zs999gam account are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. zs999gam operates a "withdraw to original payment method" policy — funds will be returned to the same JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account used for the most recent deposit. If a different withdrawal method is required, additional identity verification will be requested.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts: The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Standard maximum withdrawals are 200,000 PKR per transaction. Requests above 200,000 PKR require enhanced identity verification and are processed by the zs999gam finance team, typically within 24 hours of verification completion.

Identity Verification: zs999gam may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Requested documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals under 200,000 PKR are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 30–120 minutes on business days. Weekend and public holiday processing times may be longer. zs999gam aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission.

Bonus Balance: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus balance being voided. Only real-money balance is eligible for immediate withdrawal subject to verification requirements.

zs999gam reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending a review of the account's betting activity and transaction history. Such reviews are conducted within 72 hours and players will be notified of the reason for any delay.

zs999gam offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form an extension of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard expiry is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• zs999gam reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, abuse of the promotion system, or in breach of any part of this Agreement.

Bonus Abuse: zs999gam monitors bonus usage and betting patterns to identify abuse. Signs of bonus abuse include placing bets that cover all outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of game result, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and deliberately exploiting promotion terms in bad faith. Confirmed bonus abuse results in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Right to Withdraw Promotions: zs999gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before it is withdrawn will have their existing participation honoured under the original terms.

All games available on the zs999gam platform are governed by the rules of the respective game providers. zs999gam integrates games from certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, SA Gaming, and Ezugi, among others. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and are incorporated into this Agreement.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on zs999gam are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. zs999gam does not and cannot influence the outcome of any individual game result. Payout percentages (Return to Player rates) are set by the game studios and are disclosed within each game's information section.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real-time under supervised studio conditions. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, zs999gam will void all bets for the affected round and return stakes to players. Decisions made by the dealer during a live game are final, subject to studio review in the case of a disputed outcome.

Sports Betting: Sports bets placed on zs999gam are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In-play betting markets close according to the live status of the event. zs999gam reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a significant error in the published odds is identified before settlement.

Disconnections: In the event that your internet connection is lost during a game session, bets already placed and confirmed remain valid. zs999gam is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a disconnection on the player's end. Players experiencing persistent connectivity issues should contact support before wagering large amounts.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on zs999gam and are displayed within each game's interface. Bets placed outside the permitted limits will be rejected automatically by the system. Limits may change over time and at zs999gam's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs999gam platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may have all balances forfeited:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one zs999gam account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your zs999gam account. All suspected fraudulent transactions are reported to the relevant payment provider and authorities.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial means to place bets on zs999gam without direct human interaction.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games, sharing hole cards, or co-ordinating bets to exploit bonus terms.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events the player or any associate has attempted to fix or manipulate.
• Abuse of staff: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward any zs999gam support or operations staff member. zs999gam staff are entitled to work in a safe and respectful environment.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Winnings generated through known technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Allowing, enabling, or facilitating the use of zs999gam by any person under the age of 18.

zs999gam employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review by the security team to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe you have witnessed prohibited conduct by another player, please report it via Live Chat.

zs999gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder
• Account dormancy as defined in Section 3
• Underage gambling or provision of false age information

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted before suspension are held. If the investigation confirms no breach of Terms, any verified withdrawal request will be processed once the account is cleared. If a breach is confirmed, zs999gam reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance up to the value of the harm caused.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your zs999gam account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email. If your account closure request is not connected to a responsible gaming concern, any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days after identity verification. Bonus balances are not refunded on account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tools available in their Account Settings, or contact support to activate a timed or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and zs999gam will not send any marketing communications to a self-excluded account.

zs999gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem that negatively affects their financial and personal wellbeing. As part of this commitment, zs999gam provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps, configurable from your Account Settings. Limit increases take 24 hours to activate; limit decreases are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money bets can be placed until the limit period resets or a new (lower) limit is set.
• Session Time Reminders: Pop-up notifications after a set time in a single session, prompting you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is still possible but deposits and bets are blocked.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

Your account data — including betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, and personal information — is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements. All content on the zs999gam platform — including but not limited to the zs999gam brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of zs999gam or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zs999gam platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zs999gam content without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of zs999gam's intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to legal action. If you believe any content on the zs999gam platform infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs999gam's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zs999gam shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or events outside zs999gam's reasonable control
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Game outcome decisions made by third-party game studios or live dealer studios
• Delays in payment processing caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any banking institution

Nothing in these Terms limits zs999gam's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action and do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

zs999gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published at zs999gam.net/terms-and-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — zs999gam will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via platform notification or email to all registered players with an active account.

Your continued use of the zs999gam platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the amendment without penalty.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory updates — may take effect immediately upon publication and will not require separate notice to players.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zs999gam is incorporated. zs999gam operates under its applicable gaming licence and complies with the legal requirements of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and zs999gam, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] or via Live Chat. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with the support team, escalation procedures are available as described in the FAQ section of the platform.

zs999gam's decisions regarding account balances, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure above. Decisions made by third-party game studios regarding individual game outcomes are not subject to appeal through zs999gam's internal dispute resolution process, as those outcomes are governed by the studio's own certified RNG and audit process.
